Job summary

nVent in Poland is seeking an EHS Coordinator to lead the development and maintenance of our Environmental, Health & Safety Management System at our Dzierżoniów location. You will advise management, coordinate with the line organization, and promote EHS awareness across the workforce.

Responsibilities include conducting EHS assessments, developing policies and procedures, and ensuring compliance with local laws.

Qualifications

• Have sincere interest in EHS, in the protection of people & environment and loss prevention.
• 5+ years work experience in the manufacturing environment.
• Strongly able to self manage with good initiative, able to plan & organize, resolve problems, handle pressure and have good working attitude.
• Strong interpersonal skill, ability to communicate and interact effectively with team members and people.
• Fluent Polish & English (both spoken & written).
• Computer skills: MS Excel, Power Point

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the development and maintenance of an effective Environmental, Health & Safety Management System for the company, aligned with local regulations.
• Serve as an EHS advisor to management and coordinator to the line organization.
• Develop, maintain and promote EHS policies, standards, procedures and rules to prevent loss.
• Conduct system EHS assessments (inspections/audits) and report findings to the line organization.
• Advise on compliance and implementation of relevant EHS regulations & requirements and company EHS policies.
• Define EHS training needs and coordinate the implementation of needed training.
