Job summary

Flex is seeking an EHS Manager to lead health, safety and environmental initiatives at our Tczew site, Poland. The role focuses on implementing ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 compliant programs and mentoring the EHS team to improve safety and environmental performance.

You will collaborate with health professionals and stakeholders, support audits, and drive continuous improvement in production environments. Fluency in English and Polish is required.

Qualifications

• University degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Protection, or related field, or postgraduate studies in Occupational Health & Safety.
• Excellent knowledge of health and safety, environmental protection, and fire protection regulations, as well as ISO 14001 and 45001 standards.
• Good command of English and Polish, both written and spoken.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and computer applications.
• Internal auditor certification would be considered an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Implement and oversee the company’s Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) policy and ensure ISO 45001/14001 compliance.
• Lead, develop and mentor the EHS team and drive continuous improvement.
• Develop and improve HSE and Recycling policies, procedures, and employee awareness programs.
• Monitor workplace conditions, identify risks, and coordinate corrective actions.
• Coordinate audits related to HSE, Environmental Protection and Recycling.
