Job summary

Lear Corporation Poland in Tychy seeks an experienced EHS Manager to lead environmental, safety, sustainability and ergonomic programs for two manufacturing facilities and central functions. Qualifications

• B.S. degree and Polish law qualifications to perform H&S role.
• Minimum 4 years of H&S managerial experience in an industrial or manufacturing field.
• Understanding of Polish environmental and safety laws and regulations.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Able to support multi-site operations.
• Strategic and tactical thinker with strong presentation skills.
• Proactive leader who can work independently and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Lead environmental and safety topics and ensure compliance at Lear Corporation Poland Tychy location.
• Lead a team of 5 direct reports.
• Maintain environmental data and submit reports to EHS teams (European and Global).
• Ensure ISO14001 and ISO45001 certifications are maintained.
• Conduct risk assessments for safety and ergonomics and implement controls.
• Lead sustainability projects to reduce energy and waste, and increase recycling.
• Collaborate with engineering to implement sustainable controls.
