Elis Textile Service Sp. z o.o. seeks an exceptional General Manager to lead one of our key operations near Warsaw, with full ownership of operational performance and financial results.

You will inspire teams, drive safety and continuous improvement, and translate strategy into measurable outcomes. The role requires at least 5 years of senior leadership experience, strong budgeting skills, and a proven ability to develop leaders, foster collaboration, and deliver exceptional service to customers

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of proven experience in operational leadership as a General Manager, Site Director, or in a comparable senior leadership role.
• Strong experience managing budgets, financial performance, and business profitability.
• Proven ability to build engaged, high-performing teams and develop future leaders.
• Excellent strategic thinking with strong execution and results focus.
• Experience leading organizational change, transformation, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Provide overall leadership and direction for the plant, ensuring safe, efficient, and profitable operations.
• Take full ownership of operational and financial performance, including budget management and P&L accountability.
• Lead and develop a high-performing management team, fostering engagement and talent development.
• Drive operational excellence through continuous improvement initiatives and performance management.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental, legal, and company standards.
• Build strong relationships with customers and key stakeholders, ensuring service excellence.
