Elis Textile Service Sp. z o.o. – wynajem i serwis odzieży roboczej, mat i urządzeń higienicznych, is seeking an exceptional General Manager to lead one of its key operations in Wiązowna, near Warsaw.

You will own operational performance, financial results, safety, and continuous improvement. The role requires building high‑performing teams, driving change, and engaging with customers and stakeholders. Fluent English is expected as part of regular communication with Elis Group and international

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of proven experience in operational leadership at a senior level such as General Manager or Site Director.
• Strong experience managing budgets, financial performance and profitability.
• Proven ability to build engaged, high‑performing teams and develop future leaders.
• Excellent strategic thinking with execution focus and results orientation.
• Experience leading organizational change, transformation and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Strong customer orientation and relationship management skills.
• Excellent communication, influencing and stakeholder management abilities.
• Fluent English used in communications with international stakeholders and audits.

We are looking for an exceptional leader to take on the role of General Manager (m/f) and lead one of our key operations. This is an opportunity for an experienced executive who combines strong business acumen with outstanding people leadership. As General Manager, you will have full responsibility for operational performance, financial results, customer satisfaction, employee engagement, safety, and continuous improvement.
