You will inspire teams, drive safety and continuous improvement, and translate strategy into measurable outcomes. The role requires at least 5 years of senior leadership experience, strong budgeting skills, and a proven ability to develop leaders, foster collaboration, and deliver exceptional service to customers

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of proven experience in operational leadership as a General Manager, Site Director, or in a comparable senior leadership role.
• Strong experience managing budgets, financial performance, and business profitability.

We are looking for an exceptional leader to take on the role of General Manager (m/f) and lead one of our key operations. This is an opportunity for an experienced executive who combines strong business acumen with outstanding people leadership. As General Manager, you will have full responsibility for operational performance, financial results, customer satisfaction, employee engagement, safety, and continuous improvement. Your Key Responsibilities
