Elis Textile Service Sp. z o.o. - wynajem i serwis odzieży roboczej, mat i urządzeń higienicznych in Poland seeks a General Manager (m/f) to lead one of our key operations in Wiązowna.

You will own P&L, drive safety, quality and continuous improvement, and translate strategy into results. Required: proven operational leadership, budget management, and building high-performing teams; collaborate with senior leaders and ensure customer satisfaction and compliance.

Formación

• 5+ years of proven operational leadership at GM or senior level.
• Experience managing budgets, financial performance and profitability.
• Ability to build engaged, high-performing teams and develop future leaders.
• Strong strategic thinking with execution focus.
• Experience leading change, transformation and continuous improvement.
• Strong customer orientation and relationship management.
• Fluent English for international communication.

Responsabilidades

• Provide overall leadership and direction for the plant, ensuring safe, efficient, and profitable operations.
• Own operational and financial performance, including budget management and P&L accountability.
• Lead and develop a high-performing management team and talent development.
• Drive continuous improvement and performance management.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental, legal, and company standards.
• Build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders to ensure service excellence.
