Job summary

Eaton in Poland is seeking a Continuous Improvement Manager for the Bielsko-Biała plant. You will lead CI, drive lean transformations, and coordinate Industry 4.0 initiatives to improve safety, quality, and productivity.

The role involves leading a team of CI engineers, deploying EBS/ELSS, and advancing digitalization with Power BI and smart manufacturing solutions. Fluent English is required, with Six Sigma as a strong advantage.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience in manufacturing or CI environments.
• Strong expertise in Lean, Six Sigma and CI tools.
• Demonstrated experience leading plant-wide transformation projects.
• Solid understanding of Industry 4.0 and digital transformation strategies.
• Fluent English, written and spoken, is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Continuous Improvement function at the Bielsko-Biała plant, driving a culture of operational excellence and sustainable performance improvement.
• Manage and develop a team of Continuous Improvement Engineers, providing coaching, direction, and support to achieve plant objectives.
• Define and deploy the site's Continuous Improvement and Industry 4.0 strategy, aligning with business goals and the operational excellence roadmap.
• Drive the implementation of Eaton Business System (EBS), ELSS, and the CIF across the plant.
• Lead digitalization initiatives including data-driven decision making, Power BI adoption, paperless processes, and smart manufacturing solutions.
• Identify and deliver improvement opportunities that enhance safety, quality, productivity, cost efficiency, delivery, and customer satisfaction.
• Facilitate cross-functional CI projects and Kaizen activities with measurable business impact.
• Promote Lean, Six Sigma, problem-solving and process improvement methodologies through coaching and training.
• Benchmark best practices across Eaton and external manufacturing organizations.
