Job summary

Eaton Corporation in Bielsko-Biała, Poland is seeking a Plant Controller to manage the plant's financial performance and drive improvements. You will report to the Plant Manager and Finance, delivering insights to support decisions and ensuring strong internal controls.

The ideal candidate has a Master’s in Finance/Accounting, 9+ years in finance (manufacturing preferred), and fluent English. The role emphasizes cost control, capital investments, and a proactive leadership stance.

Qualifications

Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
CPA/CMA/MBA or equivalent preferred.
9+ years of progressive finance experience, preferably in manufacturing.

Responsibilities

Lead the plant's financial planning processes, including budgets, forecasts, profit plans, strategic plans, and performance reporting.
Provide financial guidance to the Plant Manager and leadership team to support business decisions, cost control, and operational strategies.
Monitor and analyze financial and operational results, identifying risks, opportunities, and corrective actions.
Ensure accurate reporting in compliance with US GAAP, SOX, and local statutory requirements.
Oversee budgeting, product costing, account reconciliations, balance sheet reviews, and financial systems.
Manage internal control environment and capital investments oversight.
Lead and develop the finance team while driving continuous improvement and cost-saving programs.
