Maersk Global Service Centre in Poland is seeking a Continuous Improvement Manager in Warsaw to embed a strong, outcome-driven CI operating model across regional teams. The role partners with leaders, coaches teams, and drives efficiency initiatives that deliver tangible value.

You will strengthen CI ownership, ensure routine performance discipline, and monitor progress against targets with CI specialists and automation colleagues.

Qualifications

• Experience in Continuous Improvement, Operational Excellence, Lean, Six Sigma or process improvement.
• Strong understanding of performance management routines and operational governance.
• Experience with A3, Bowler, daily management, standard work, visual management or structured problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Lead deployment of the Continuous Improvement operating model across L3 processes in the region.
• Collaborate with CI Specialists, operations and Automation teams to identify opportunities and define MVP scope.
• Coach teams in practical CI methods and build CI capability across the organisation.
