Job summary

AMETEK in Poland seeks an experienced Continuous Improvement Manager to lead Operational Excellence and lean initiatives across multiple units in Siechnice. You will partner with leaders to identify improvement opportunities, align training, and drive value through Kaizen events, VSM, and visual management.

The role requires hands-on Lean/Six Sigma expertise, collaboration across functions, and the ability to influence peers to deliver cost reductions and productivity gains.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Industrial Management, Lean Operations, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3+ years in Operational Excellence, process improvement, manufacturing engineering, or related role.
• Experience with Lean/Six Sigma methodologies (TPS, Kaizen).

Responsibilities

• Lead Operational Excellence initiatives across campus and units.
• Identify, prioritize, and execute improvement projects to boost productivity and reduce cost.
• Partner with Finance and OpEx Core Team to validate savings and report impact.
• Lead Kaizen events, value stream mapping, daily management, and 5S/SMED activities.
• Develop OpEx training programs and coach leaders and employees.
• Collaborate for layout design, workspace optimization, and equipment upgrades.
• Promote Lean thinking and share best practices across units.
