Job summary

BYD Europe is seeking a Planning & Commerce professional based in Poland to manage forecast data collection, monitor vehicle status after port, and coordinate deliveries across markets. You will generate PI requests, plan deliveries from vehicle demands and POs, and provide production instructions to HQ as needed.

A structured, analytical, and proactive mindset is essential for cross-market collaboration. Fluency in English and Polish is required, with knowledge of Chinese as a plus.

Qualifications

• BA or MA in business, economics, finance, accounting or related field.
• 1+ years' experience, preferably in automotive sector.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Fluent in English and Polish; Chinese language a plus.

Responsibilities

• Collect monthly 3+3 forecast data and analyze issues.
• Monitor vehicle status after ports.
• Follow delivery in markets, including vehicle registrations data.
• Generate PI according to market PI requests.
• Provide delivery plan based on vehicle demands in POs and payback date.
• Evaluate and issue production instructions to HQ if necessary.
• Create an integrated distribution plan.

About the Department

BYD's planning & commerce department is a key link in BYD's supply chain system. We are committed to tasks such as demand forecasting, production factory docking, European market docking, and distribution plan. Our mission is to ensure a smooth process from manufacturing to delivery of BYD products, provide customers with efficient and reliable services, and provide strategic support for the company's global business development.

Job Responsibilities

• Monthly 3+3 Forecast data collection and issues analysis
• Follow up the vehicles status after arriving at the port.
• Follow-up on the delivery in each market, including vehicle registrations data.
• Generating PI, according to the PI application from markets
• Providing delivery plan based on the vehicle demands in POs and expected payback date.
• Evaluate and give the production instruction to HQ if necessary
• Integrated distribution plan

Job requirements

• Fluent English and Polish, Chinese language is a plus.
• BA or MA preferably in Business Administration, or Economics, or Finance/Accounting,or international trade and so on.
• Extended PC user skills (MS Excel, Word, PPT).
• At least 1+ years' experience, preferably in the automotive sector.
• Relevant legal knowledge.
