Job summary

BYD Polska is seeking a proactive Marketing Operations Assistant to support day-to-day marketing activities in Poland. The role involves assisting with PO processing, invoice collection, payments, and vendor documentation, while coordinating with internal teams and external partners to ensure timely delivery of campaigns and events.

You will help monitor budgets, maintain records of marketing expenses and contracts, and provide on-site support during events as required.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Support Marketing Team with day-to-day operational and administrative marketing tasks.

Key Responsibilities

• Supporting the Marketing Team in day-to-day operational and administrative activities to ensure smooth execution of marketing projects and campaigns.
• Assisting with purchase order (PO) processes, invoice collection, payment tracking, and coordination of marketing-related financial documentation.
• Supporting budget monitoring and maintaining accurate records of marketing expenses, contracts, and vendor documentation.
• Coordinating communication and daily cooperation with external suppliers, agencies, production partners, and internal stakeholders.
• Assisting in the organization and logistics of marketing activities, events, dealer initiatives, and promotional campaigns.
• Supporting the preparation, coordination, and distribution of marketing materials, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines.
• Monitoring project timelines, following up on deliverables, and supporting the team in maintaining smooth operational workflows.
• Assisting with reporting, documentation, presentations, and internal administrative tasks related to marketing activities.
• Supporting cooperation with Sales, PR, Dealer Network, and HQ teams to ensure effective communication and alignment across departments.
• Maintaining marketing databases, records, and internal documentation to ensure operational efficiency and process transparency.
• Providing on-site operational support during events, activations, and marketing initiatives when required.

Requirements

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, with the ability to efficiently manage reports, presentations, payment tracking, schedules, and marketing documentation.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to effectively prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
