Job summary

BYD Poland is seeking an events-focused Marketing professional to plan, coordinate, and execute marketing events for the Polish market, reporting to the Marketing Director. You will work closely with an external events agency, briefing and supervising execution, and ensuring timely delivery within budget.

Promoting events online and offline, you will manage schedules and documentation while ensuring alignment with BYD’s brand identity and global standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years in organizing events (automotive or lifestyle industry experience is a plus).
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage projects independently.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Willingness to travel within Poland and occasionally abroad.

Your responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and execute marketing events for BYD Poland


• Cooperate closely with an external event agency – including briefing, supervising execution, budget control, and timelines


• Report directly to the Marketing Director


• Promote events both online and offline


• Prepare and manage project documentation: schedules, checklists, reports


• Ensure all events align with BYD’s brand identity and global standards

What we’re looking for

• Minimum 4 years of experience in organizing events (automotive or lifestyle industry experience is a plus)


• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage projects independently


• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines


• Experience working with agencies and external vendors


• Proficiency in English (minimum B2 level) – daily communication in an international team


• Willingness to travel within Poland and occasionally abroad
