Position Purpose:
We are looking for a technical person who likes bringing technology, processes and business together. The PIM Lead Developer owns the technical governance and architecture of Informatica PIM Product 360 within AAG Europe. In this role you are responsible for making sure our PIM system adds value to our company in a scalable manner. You are the sparring partner for our Product Owner, Manager and local technical and business stakeholders. Leading and representing the development team when working across IT Europe.
This role combines:
The Lead Developer ensures scalable, standardized solutions while minimizing customizations within PIM itself, safeguarding system performance, maintainability, and long-term data integrity.
The role also governs environment management (DEV / ACC / PROD), testing & release processes, and segregation of duties compliance.
A strong affinity with data structures, data flows, SQL-backed repository models, and end-to-end process design is beneficial.
