Job summary

TAKKT Group in Poland seeks a motivated PIM Developer to enhance the Sibo STEP PIM system. You will manage system performance, ensure data integrity, and work collaboratively in an agile environment. Candidates should have a degree in Business Informatics or an IT-related field and hands-on experience with STEP. Qualifications

Where You Make An Impact

• Drive the setup, configuration, and continuous development of the Sibo STEP PIM system, ensuring smooth integration and strong overall system performance.
• Manage and optimize the PIM system’s performance, scalability, reliability, and data governance to maintain accurate and compliant product data.
• Design and maintain data flows between PIM and integrated platforms (ERP, eCommerce, DAM, CRM) using APIs and pipelines for seamless interoperability.
• Monitor system health, troubleshoot issues proactively, and coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to resolve technical challenges.
• Develop automation workflows and collaborate with cross‑functional teams in an agile environment to translate business needs into effective technical solutions.

What Makes You Be the Perfect Fit

• Degree in Business Informatics or a comparable IT field, with strong analytical and conceptual skills.
• Hands‑on experience with STEP (Workbench, UI, Import/Export Managers) and STEP integration endpoints.
• Proficiency in STEP Business Rules, STEPXML, STEP‑SDK, JavaScript, and XSLT, plus familiarity with HTTP, REST, and JSON.
• Solid understanding of common STEP integration techniques and patterns, with strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Agile mindset with practical framework experience, high quality standards, responsibility, and fluency in business English.
