Zehnder Group is expanding its Data Management team in Poland and seeks a seasoned PIM/DAM Application Manager. • University degree in IT, Business Administration or similar.
• Strong understanding of master data management, preferably in SAP/PIM.
• Good knowledge of business processes.
• Stibo STEP experience is an asset.
• Proficient with MS Office, especially Excel.
• Collaborative team player with a focus on user needs.
• Systematic thinker who translates insights into actionable steps.
• Fluent in English and German; additional languages are advantageous.

• Keep PIM and DAM systems aligned and data quality compliant through defined rules.

As Zehnder continues to accelerate its digital transformation, we are expanding our Data Management team with an experienced PIM/DAM Application Manager.

About the Role

This role is dedicated to defining, implementing, and coordinating data architecture, data flows, and processes within Zehnder Group for group-wide Product Information Management (PIM) and Digital Asset Management (DAM). You will be responsible for identifying, initiating, and implementing optimizations and further developments in the areas of group-wide PIM and DAM. You will also ensure PIM and DAM data and assets meet agreed quality, availability, and compliance standards, and act as the primary liaison between business units, external partners, and IT for PIM and DAM applications.

In this role you will be accountable for:

• Implementation, documentation, and maintenance of PIM and DAM relevant systems and all related processes.
• Close collaboration with business units (Production units, Group functions, markets).
• Ensure daily business support (incident and request management) for the PIM and DAM area.
• Consult, evaluate, specify, and implement change requests, possibly in collaboration with partners.
• Define concepts for and implement data architecture, data flows from and to surrounding systems, and processes to maintain data and monitor its quality.
• Support continuous development of the corporate data concept, including its extension to digital asset data.
• Keep PIM and DAM relevant systems consistent and efficient with connected systems; ensure data quality by identifying and implementing business rules within agreed responsibilities and processes.

To successd in this role, you will need:

• University degree in IT, Business Administration or similareducation
• Profound understanding of master data management (especially product master data). preferably in SAP/PIM and experience in IT
• Good knowledge of business processes
• Stibo STEP experience asset
• Good command od MS Office, specialy excell
• Collaborative team player with strong focus on user needs
• Systematic thinker who effectively translates insights in actionable steps
• Good communicator, capable of explaining topics within broader context of communication and user journey management
• Fluent in English, German and other languages are advantageus
