Job summary

Thermo Fisher Scientific is seeking a Site Contract Specialist in Poland to prepare, negotiate and finalize contracts with study sites. You will liaise with sites and internal teams to ensure quality, objectivity and timely delivery of contracts, while managing risk and compliance with budgetary guidance.

Responsibilities include drafting and negotiating contract terms, coordinating with internal departments, and achieving efficient site activation timelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent and relevant formal academic / vocational qualification.
• 2–5 years of related experience in contracts or clinical negotiations.

Responsibilities

• Drafts, reviews, negotiates and finalizes agreements with study sites in accordance with local/accepted process.
• Negotiates within approved parameters both investigator grant budget negotiation parameters and contractual terms.
• Ensures compliance to established negotiation parameters, authority approval, contractual process and client expectations.
• Identifies and assesses legal, financial and operational risks and escalates per established processes.
• Coordinates with internal functional departments to align site startup activities with contractual activities and timelines.
• Achieve target cycle times for site activations.
• Performs escalation of out of parameter issues as appropriate.
