Job summary

Worldwide Clinical Trials, a global midsize CRO, seeks a Site Contracts professional to negotiate country contracts, draft Site Agreements, and manage budgets with clinical sites. The role involves coordinating with the Legal and Regulatory teams, sponsors, and study teams to finalize agreements and ensure compliant execution.

Based in Poland, the candidate will handle international contracts, maintain documentation, and support efficient contracting processes within a dynamic global team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business, finance, science or related field.
• Excellent verbal and written English and local language skills.
• Proficiency with MS Word, Excel and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Prepare country contract templates.
• Draft and send Site Agreements or contracts to begin negotiations.
• Negotiate contract terms and budgets with sites to finalization/execution.
• Review study budgets and costs pertaining to contract negotiation.
• Quality check Site Agreements before signature process starts.
• Coordinate with regulatory team for submission when needed.
• Liaise with Worldwide Legal, Data Privacy, study teams, Sponsors, sites and investigators.
• Facilitate contract signatures by Worldwide.
• Maintain live updates for contract-related activities.
