Job summary

The role may include line management and requires a strong background in international clinical trial contracting, negotiation, and regulatory knowledge.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field (required).
• 5+ years of site contracting experience with international exposure.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Advanced knowledge of regulatory requirements (GCP/ICH).
• Ability to lead projects and mentor others.

Responsibilities

• Develop complex investigator grant estimates and contracting strategies.
• Create and maintain contract templates, budgets, and processes.
• Collaborate with sponsors, RSU regional teams, and stakeholders.
• Provide legal, operational, and financial contracting expertise.
• Review documents for study initiation and start-up.
• Analyze contracting landscape and share insights across the company.
• Ensure timelines, efficiency, and achievement of financial targets.
• Track contracting performance metrics and CTMS data.
• Mentor colleagues and deliver training on contracting.
• Present to clients and professional bodies as needed.
• Maintain internal documentation and client relationships.
