SerlinoLab, a fast-growing DTC skincare brand, is hiring an AI & UGC Video Editor. You will use AI video generation and UGC content to produce high‑performing ads and long-form VSLs, ensuring brand standards, tight timelines, and performance-driven iterations.
You’ll collaborate with the creative team to weave direct-response fundamentals with fresh ideas, maintaining clean workflows, and delivering engaging videos that drive conversions across TikTok and other platforms.

About the Role
As an AI & UGC Video Editor for SerlinoLab, you are responsible for using AI video generation, and UGC content to generate video for compelling, high-performing ads and long-form VSLs optimized for conversions. Your work involves applying platform-native editing techniques, integrating strong direct-response fundamentals, and incorporating feedback from the creative team to continuously improve performance. You will collaborate closely with the team to ensure each video meets brand standards, creative briefs, and performance goals, while bringing your own creative ideas to enhance engagement and retention. Timely delivery, attention to detail, and adaptability to performance data are essential.
