Job summary

Brown Brothers Harriman seeks a Fixed-term Audit Manager in Kraków to lead audit projects, assess risks and controls, and deliver detailed reports aligned with BBH standards and professional guidelines.

You will supervise teams, coach staff, coordinate with management and external auditors, and contribute to annual risk assessment and planning, requiring strong leadership and communication in a financial services setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in accounting, finance, information technology or related discipline preferred.
• 8+ years of professional auditing experience (external and/or internal) in diversified financial services or related fields.
• Professional certification (CPA, CIA, CISA, CFE, CAMS, ACCA) will be considered a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise audit project teams, draft audit reports, and ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Coach/train staff and provide feedback to Senior Audit Manager.
• Conduct risk and control evaluations, develop testing techniques, and document planning materials.
