Brown Brothers Harriman seeks a Team Leader for Regulatory Reporting in Kraków. You will govern day-to-day reporting, sustain tools, and partner with stakeholders to standardize and automate the process as the new team is built. The role emphasizes mentoring staff, maintaining accuracy, and driving improvements.

You bring 7+ years in financial/regulatory reporting, a finance/accounting degree, and strong English. Hybrid work model with a focus on controls and timely delivery.

Qualifications

• At least 7 years in financial/regulatory reporting with staff responsibility.
• Primary degree in finance or accounting or equivalent experience is an asset.
• Strong understanding of accounting practices and local regulations.
• Highly organized, detail oriented, and accurate with a learning mindset.
• Proactive, mature, and able to meet deadlines with internal controls focus.
• Experience mentoring and coaching staff; strong numerical/analytical skills.

Responsabilités

• Administering the current regulatory reporting process and coordinating day-to-day activities.
• Maintaining tools, templates and supporting documentation.
• Providing end-user support and resolving issues.
• Reviewing processes and defining a standardized target operating model.
• Leading automation initiatives with stakeholders and tech partners.
• Documenting procedures, controls and requirements for a scalable framework.
• Handing over the standardized process to the new team as it grows.
• Coaching staff to improve performance and outcomes.
