Job summary

SKF Group is hiring a Purchase to Pay Accountant in Poznań, Poland, operating in a hybrid 50/50 model. The role supports AP closing, GR/IR reconciliation, and payments, with focus on accuracy and timely inquiries handling.

You will contribute to standardizing processes within a global finance team. The ideal candidate has a university degree in Accounting/Finance, strong English (B2), and hands-on MS Office skills, plus experience in Polish market accounting rules, including KSeF.

Qualifications

• University degree in Accounting/Finance.
• Very good English skills (B2).
• Pragmatic and detail oriented approach.
• Computer literacy and MS Office experience.
• Interpersonal and communication skills for cross-functional work.
• Experience with Polish market knowledge including KSeF is a plus.

As part of the PtP team, you will:

• participate in AP closing and reporting
• clear and reconcile GR/IR
• process payments
• respond to AP inquiries and to all Business Partners’ inquiries concerning your area of responsibilities
• standardize and improve accounting processes

Ideally, you will bring with you:

• university degree and work experience in Accounting/Finance area
• very good English skills (min. B2)
• pragmatic and practical, detailed oriented approach
• computer literacy and experience in MS office applications
• results and action-oriented attitude with good interpersonal and communication skills
• ability to work effectively within multicultural global teams
• up to date standard knowledge of corporate and local accounting rules
• experience with the Polish market and accounting principles, including KSeF, will be an advantage

Additional information for you

This position is based in Poznań, Poland on a hybrid working model – 50/50 in a scale of a month. You will report to a Team Leader who is also located in Poznań.
