SKF Group in Poznań is seeking a Junior Purchase to Pay Accountant to support invoice registration for UK partners, process payments and manage AP inquiries. The role sits in a Finance Operations Center with hybrid work in Poznań.

The position requires a university degree or relevant accounting experience, strong English (min. B2), and a pragmatic, detail-oriented mindset. You’ll work in an international, multicultural environment with opportunities for development.

• University degree or work experience in Accounting/Finance area.
• Very good English skills (min. B2).
• Pragmatic and practical, detail oriented approach.
• Computer literacy and experience in MS Office applications.
• Results and action-oriented attitude with good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively within multicultural global teams.
• Up to date standard knowledge of corporate and local accounting rules.

Responsibilities

• receive and register invoices for business partners located in UK
• process payments and post payment activities
• respond to AP inquiries and to all Business Partners’ inquiries concerning your area of responsibilities
• participate in AP closing and reporting

Ideally, you will bring with you:

• university degree or work experience in Accounting/Finance area
• very good English skills (min. B2)
