Job summary

Sungrow Europe in Poland is seeking an HR Specialist to ensure a smooth employee journey across our growing manufacturing operations.

You will support recruitment, onboarding, transfers, and offboarding, while assisting with payroll, benefits, and HR systems. English needs to be strong, and Excel proficiency is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in HR, Business Admin, or related field.
• 2–5 years HR experience, preferably in manufacturing.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel, with HR systems familiarity.
• Fluent English (C1) and good organizational abilities.

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end recruitment process from postings to interviews and candidate communication.
• Manage onboarding, probation, transfers, and offboarding processes.
• Assist with compensation and benefits tasks, attendance, payroll prep, benefits administration.
• Coordinate learning and development initiatives, including onboarding sessions.
• Provide daily HR support, visa/work permit processes and activities.
• Contribute to HR policy implementation in a multicultural environment.
