Job summary

Voyagu is seeking a hands-on People Operations Manager to own the employee journey from onboarding to offboarding. You will streamline admin processes, payroll data, contracts, and records, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

You will implement practical performance workflows, support warnings and PIPs, and connect recruitment, operations and finance to track new-hire progress and retention. The role focuses on real, repeatable improvements rather than strategic HR programs.

Qualifications

• Around 5+ years of hands-on HR Operations or People Operations experience.
• Experience in a growing organization with regular hiring and onboarding.
• Knowledge of contracts, payroll coordination, and employee records.
• Experience supporting formal warnings or performance procedures (PIPs).
• Strong organization, attention to detail, and ability to follow up with managers.
• Proficiency with spreadsheets, HR systems, and employee data.
• Proven track record of improving or automating processes.
• Excellent written and spoken English; sound judgment and discretion.

Responsibilities

• Keep employee administration running smoothly: contracts, payroll information, employee records, employment changes, onboarding paperwork and exits.
• Keep performance procedures on track: warnings, PIPs and exits, with supporting documents and approvals.
• Track what happens to new hires: onboarding progress, first months of production and retention insights.
• Improve the system: fix repetitive admin problems, establish simple workflows, and automate tasks.
• Work with CEO, Heads of Sales Offices, Team Leaders, Recruitment, Operations, Data and Finance to align processes.
