Job summary

Voyagu, Inc. is seeking a hands-on People Operations Manager to own the employee journey from onboarding to offboarding. You will keep administration reliable, ensure compliance with formal performance procedures, and provide managers with clear progress on hires.

You will coordinate contracts, payroll data, records, and changes; support warnings and PIPs; collaborate withFinance, Recruitment, Operations and Data; and drive simple, scalable processes as Voyagu grows.

Qualifications

• Around 5+ years of hands-on HR Operations or People Operations experience.
• Experience in a growing organization with regular hiring, onboarding and departures.
• Practical knowledge of contracts, payroll coordination, employee records and offboarding.
• Direct experience supporting formal warnings, PIPs or comparable performance procedures.
• Strong organization skills and attention to detail.
• Comfort working with spreadsheets, HR systems and employee data.
• Examples of processes you personally improved or automated.
• Strong written and spoken English, sound judgment and discretion.

Responsibilities

• Keep employee administration running smoothly: contracts, payroll data, records, onboarding paperwork and exits.
• Maintain performance procedures: warnings, PIPs, exits, with proper documents and deadlines.
• Track onboarding progress across Recruitment, Sales, Operations and HR.
• Improve the system: fix repetitive issues, create workflows, automate tasks where practical.
