Job summary

Qemetica is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner in Poland to translate business strategy into impactful HR initiatives. You will design org structures, drive change, and support leaders through coaching and feedback, while overseeing succession, performance processes, and labor relations at the production site.

The role requires 4+ years in HRBP, strong HR process knowledge, independence, and excellent communication. Hybrid work model and benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of experience in a similar HR Business Partner role.
• Solid experience across key HR processes (personnel cost budgeting, recruitment, engagement, performance management).
• Ability to translate business strategy into HR initiatives (strong HRBP mindset).
• High level of independence and strong organizational skills.
• Ability to build long-term, trust-based business relationships.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and influencing skills.
• Very good knowledge of labor law (preferably within a production environment).
• MS Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint).
• English at minimum B2 level.

Responsibilities

• Developing and executing the People Plan aligned with business strategy.
• Designing efficient and effective organizational structures; initiating and supporting organizational and personnel changes.
• Leading change initiatives and acting as a change ambassador.
• Supporting leaders’ development through coaching and regular feedback.
• Succession planning and talent management (in close cooperation with line managers).
• Managing the performance management cycle and processes.
• Cooperating with social partners (e.g. trade unions, works councils).
• Personnel cost budgeting and cost control.
• Managing employee relations and resolving HR-related issues.
• Ensuring comprehensive implementation of HR policies at the production site
• Recommending and coordinating projects to improve organizational effectiveness
• Monitoring and analyzing HR KPIs; recommending and implementing corrective and development actions
