Job summary

Helprise is seeking an HR Business Partner with German to support managers and employees in a hybrid Polish-based environment. You will partner with business leaders, provide hands-on HR advice, and ensure effective HR processes across the employee lifecycle.

You will cooperate with payroll and HR administration, ensure compliance with Polish labour law, and engage with international stakeholders, including German-speaking colleagues. Regular travel to Poznań is expected.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as HRBP/HR Generalist or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of Polish labour law.
• Experience partnering with managers on day-to-day people decisions.
• Exposure to HR administration and payroll cooperation.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluency in German; English is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Partner with managers to understand business needs and provide practical HR advice.
• Support the employee lifecycle: onboarding, development, performance, relations, and offboarding.
• Advise and coach on people management, team effectiveness, and HR policies.
• Support HR initiatives on talent development, performance, retention, and organisational effectiveness.
• Build relationships with employees and managers as the HR contact.
• Ensure compliance with Polish labour law and internal HR policies.
• Cooperate with HR admin and payroll teams for documentation and payroll inputs.
• Work with accounting and payroll to support monthly payroll operations.
• Collaborate with international stakeholders, including German-speaking colleagues.
• Identify challenges and recommend practical HR solutions.
