Job summary

Helprise is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner with German to support managers and employees in a diverse, operationally driven organization in an international setting. The role focuses on partnering with business leaders, delivering hands‑on HR support, and ensuring compliant HR processes across the employee lifecycle.

The position offers a hybrid working model with travel to Poznań and potential work from Poznań, Szczecin, or Wrocław.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in an HR Business Partner, HR Generalist, HR Manager, or similar role.
• Solid knowledge of HR practices, employee relations, and Polish labour law.
• Experience partnering with managers and supporting day‑to‑day people management.
• Understanding of HR administration and payroll processes.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluency in German to communicate with international stakeholders.
• Good command of English would be a significant advantage.
• A proactive, hands‑on, and solution‑oriented approach, with the ability to balance business priorities with employee needs.
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple HR topics in a dynamic environment.
• Willingness to travel regularly to Poznań.

Responsibilities

• Partner with managers to understand business needs and provide practical HR advice and support on day‑to‑day people matters.
• Support managers throughout the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, employee development, performance management, employee relations, and offboarding.
• Advise and coach managers on people management, team effectiveness, employee engagement, and the application of HR policies and procedures.
• Support the implementation of HR initiatives related to talent development, performance, employee retention, and organisational effectiveness.
• Build strong relationships with employees and managers, acting as a trusted point of contact for HR‑related questions and concerns.
• Ensure compliance with Polish labour law and internal HR policies, supporting managers in applying employment regulations consistently.
• Cooperate with the HR administration and payroll teams to ensure accurate employee documentation, reliable HR data, and timely payroll inputs.
• Work closely with accounting and payroll specialists to support smooth monthly payroll operations and resolve HR‑related discrepancies.
• Collaborate with international stakeholders, including German‑speaking colleagues, to ensure effective communication and alignment of HR practices.
• Identify people‑related challenges and recommend solutions that support both employee needs and business objectives.
