Job summary

Goldman Recruitment is assisting an international client in Warsaw's center to hire a Payroll Specialist with German. The role offers a hybrid work model and a chance to support payroll operations across multiple stakeholders.

You will ensure data accuracy, prepare data for the external payroll provider, review results and drive process improvements within a dynamic team. Fluency in English and German is required.

Qualifications

• Must have experience in payroll/HR operations or similar role.
• Strong data verification and payroll process knowledge.
• Excellent attention to detail and analytical thinking.
• Experience coordinating with external payroll providers and multiple stakeholders.
• Good organizational skills and ability to manage multiple deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate payroll processes and ensure data accuracy and completeness.
• Prepare data and files for external payroll provider.
• Review payroll results: payslips, bank files, GL files and reports.
• Coordinate payroll corrections across underpayments, overpayments, and rejected payments.
• Monitor timelines, KPIs, SLAs and service quality in payroll.
• Collaborate with external payroll providers and HR/Finance/Legal teams.
• Monitor legal changes and support their implementation in payroll.
• Identify opportunities to improve and standardize payroll processes.

Job description

For our Client, an international company, we are looking for Payroll Specialist with German.

Responsibilities:

• coordinating the payroll process and ensuring data accuracy and completeness,
• preparing data and files for the external payroll provider,
• reviewing payroll results, including payslips, bank files, GL files and payroll reports,
• coordinating payroll corrections, including underpayments, overpayments and rejected payments,
• monitoring process timelines, KPIs, SLAs and service quality,
• cooperating with external payroll providers and HR, Finance and Legal teams,
• monitoring legal changes and supporting their implementation in payroll processes,
• identifying opportunities to improve and standardize payroll processes.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in payroll, HR operations or a similar role,
• good understanding of payroll processes and data verification,
• strong attention to detail and analytical skills,
• experience working with external payroll providers and multiple stakeholders,
• good organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines,
• ability to identify discrepancies and coordinate their resolution,
• good command of English and German, both written and spoken,
• knowledge of payroll-related legislation would be an advantage.
