Job summary

Fresenius Medical Care in Poland offers a hybrid Payroll Assistant role supporting the German market. You will handle payroll data, answer employee questions via AskHR, and work with the Payroll team to ensure accuracy and compliance.

You will process sick leaves, Travel & Expense data, and maintain documentation while communicating with German-speaking employees in German and English. Familiarity with ServiceNow is a plus.

This is a hybrid role. Upon agreement between you and your supervisor, you are entitled to a flexible arrangement where you will be able to split your time between working from the office and working remotely.

Your responsibilities:

• Support the Payroll team in daily operations and administrative tasks related to payroll processes for the German market.
• Handle and respond to employee queries via the HR ticketing system (AskHR) in a timely and accurate manner.
• Assist with processing and maintaining payroll-related data, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Support data collection and validation related to sick leave and absence management required for payroll processing.
• Assist in processing Travel & Expense (T&E) data in line with company policies.
• Cooperate closely with Payroll team members to ensure the smooth execution of day-to-day activities.
• Maintain documentation and support data tracking in line with payroll procedures and compliance standards.
• Communicate regularly with German-speaking employees and stakeholders, using both German and English in your daily work.
