Job summary

Fresenius Medical Care is seeking a Payroll/HR support specialist to join our team in a hybrid role. You will assist the Payroll team with daily operations for the German market, handle HR tickets, and ensure accuracy in payroll data while communicating in German and English.

The ideal candidate will have German and English at B2 level, strong MS Office skills, and a collaborative, detail-oriented mindset in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Support the Payroll team in daily operations and administrative tasks related to payroll processes for the German market.
• Handle and respond to employee queries via the HR ticketing system (AskHR).
• Assist with processing and maintaining payroll-related data.
• Support data collection and validation related to sick leave and absence management for payroll.
• Assist in processing Travel & Expense data.
• Cooperate with Payroll team members to ensure smooth day-to-day activities.
• Maintain documentation and data tracking for payroll procedures and compliance.
• Communicate regularly with German-speaking employees and stakeholders in German and English.
