Job summary

Fresenius Medical Care in Poland offers a hybrid Payroll Assistant role supporting the German market. You will handle payroll data, answer employee questions via AskHR, and work with the Payroll team to ensure accuracy and compliance.

You will process sick leaves, Travel & Expense data, and maintain documentation while communicating with German-speaking employees in German and English. Familiarity with ServiceNow is a plus.

Qualifications

• German and English language skills at minimum B2 level.
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Attention to detail and analytical mindset.
• Eagerness to learn and develop in the HR and Payroll field.
• Ability to manage tasks efficiently and work in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Support the Payroll team in daily operations and administrative tasks for the German market.
• Handle employee queries via the HR ticketing system (AskHR) promptly and accurately.
• Assist with processing and maintaining payroll data.
• Support data collection and validation for sick leave and absence management.
• Assist in processing Travel & Expense data per company policy.
• Collaborate with Payroll team members to ensure smooth day-to-day activities.
• Maintain documentation and data tracking per payroll procedures and compliance.
• Communicate with German-speaking employees using German and English daily.
