Job summary

Flex is a diversified manufacturing partner of choice, seeking a Payroll & Personnel Administration Specialist to be based in Tczew, Poland. You will maintain employee records, support onboarding and offboarding, and verify payroll data, including salaries, bonuses, and absences.

You will collaborate with external payroll providers and accounting teams, prepare HR documents and reports, monitor leave, and ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies, while upholding confidentiality

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in HR, payroll, or a similar position.
• Good knowledge of payroll and employment regulations.
• Practical knowledge of labor law and HR administration.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Confidentiality and high level of professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining employee records and HR documentation.
• Supporting onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Preparing and verifying payroll data, including salaries, bonuses, benefits, deductions, and absences.
• Preparing employment contracts, amendments, certificates, and other HR documents.
• Monitoring leave, sick leave, and employee absences.
• Ensuring compliance with labor law, payroll regulations, and internal company policies.
• Cooperating with external payroll providers, accounting teams, and public authorities when required.
• Preparing HR and payroll reports and analyses.
• Providing employees and managers with professional support on HR and payroll-related matters.
• Staying up to date with changes in labor and payroll legislation.
