Publicis Re:Sources in Lublin is seeking a Payroll and Benefits Specialist to deliver end-to-end HR administration and payroll processing in line with local policy and law.

You will work closely with HR, Finance and external partners to ensure accurate data, timely payroll runs, and compliant reporting, while maintaining high service standards and data integrity.

Qualifications

• Professional experience in payroll or HR administration.
• Knowledge of Polish labor law, social security, and payroll obligations.
• Ability to work with reports and HR data.
• Excellent attention to detail and confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end HR administration and payroll processing.
• Maintain employee data and files, including tax and social security entries.
• Process monthly payroll, including benefits, deductions and overtime.
• Prepare tax declarations and reports for authorities.
