Job summary

Publicis Re:Sources is seeking a Payroll and Benefits Specialist in Lublin, Poland. You will deliver end-to-end HR administration, payroll processing and employee benefits management in line with local laws and company standards.

Responsibilities include managing employee data, payroll calculations, and ensuring accurate reporting. You will collaborate with HR, Finance and external partners to maintain high-quality service and compliance.

Qualifications

• Good knowledge of MS Excel and experience with HR/payroll systems.
• Practical understanding of payroll processes, tax and social security within Poland.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to work with HR/payroll data.
• Good communication skills, customer-service mindset and English proficiency.
• High attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive employee data.
• Strong organizational skills to meet monthly payroll deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Manage employee administration across the full lifecycle, including payroll-impacting changes.
• Process and update changes to employee data (address, banks, salary, taxes).
• Review and approve payroll-related HR requests after validation in CS.
