Location: Krakow, MA, PL; 30-701 Warszawa, PL; 00-526

In this role, you will support processing of payroll, complete audits, perform reconciliations, and handle daily operational activities with the payroll provider, running payroll smoothly and compliant with Swedish law. You will report to the Global Payroll Manager and work from the Krakow office, with a hybrid remote option.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and validate payroll outputs (gross-to-net reports, payslips, time and attendance data).
• Ensure third‑party payments and reporting comply with legal requirements.
• Maintain employee records.
• Prepare regular payroll reports and ad hoc reports.
• Document compliance procedures and processes.
• Manage reporting for employee pension and benefits contributions and employer matching.
• Work with HR and Finance systems to maintain accurate payroll and pension records and ensure accurate reporting to pension administrators.
• Resolve issues related to salary, benefits and pension accounts.
• Help improve processes where gaps occur.

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience in Swedish payroll.
• Knowledge of Swedish payroll regulations and terms.
• Strong Excel skills.
• Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
• Experience working with external payroll providers.
• Knowledge of SAP and SuccessFactors.
• Experience with payroll audits and process improvement.
• Familiarity with multi‑country payroll environment (EMEA).
• Experience with high‑volume payroll or shared service environment.

The base salary range for this position, which is dependent upon experience, qualifications and skills, is estimated to be 7,333 to 9,133 PLN gross per month. In addition to the base pay, this role may be eligible for incentive pay based on company and individual performance.
