Job summary

Westinghouse Electric Company LLC in Krakow is seeking a Payroll Analyst to support Swedish payroll processes, audits and reporting. You will work from the Krakow office with a split between office and remote work, reporting to the Global Payroll Manager.

The role requires 3+ years Swedish payroll experience, strong Excel skills, and fluency in Swedish and English. Experience with SAP and SuccessFactors is preferred, along with familiarity with multi-country payroll (EMEA).

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience in Swedish payroll.
• Knowledge of Swedish payroll regulations and payroll terms.
• Great skills in Excel.
• Fluent in Swedish and English, both speaking and written.
• Experience working with external payroll providers.
• Knowledge of SAP and SuccessFactors.
• Experience with payroll audits and process improvement.
• Familiarity with multi-country payroll environment (EMEA).
• Experience with high-volume payroll or shared service environment.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and validate payroll outputs (e.g. gross-to-net reports, payslips, time and attendance data).
• Ensure third-party payments and reporting comply with legal requirements by performing related tasks.
• Maintain employee records.
• Prepare regular payroll reports and ad hoc reports.
• Maintain written procedures documenting compliance and processes.
• Manage reporting for employee pension and benefits contributions and employer matching.
• Work with HR and Finance systems to maintain accurate payroll and pension records and ensure accurate reporting to pension administrators.
• Resolve issues related to salary, benefits and pension accounts.
• Help improve the processes where gaps might be found.
