Job summary

Westinghouse Electric Company LLC in Kraków is hiring an HR Employee Service Center Representative to handle inquiries via phone, webchat, email, and other channels. You will manage onboarding tasks, payroll questions, time off, and HR procedures using SuccessFactors and SAP HR.

You will report to the Global HR Operations Lead and work in a hybrid mode with 2 days in the Kraków office. Strong English skills and customer-service experience are required for this role.

Qualifications

• Excellent English: C1 minimum, read, write and speak.
• +6 months of previous experience in similar role in Customer Service required.
• Adaptability and attention to details.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Explain how to use the online HR systems, HR portal, view paystub.
• Investigate more complex cases
• Respond to inquiries including HR procedure, health and wellness benefits, pension, and verification of employment
• Support daily HR inquiries with exceptional customer service at all HR Service request channels
• Perform basic HR transactional tasks by management of employee data through the SuccessFactors HR system
• Initiate and support all global onboarding tasks
• Guide employees through the appropriate on and offboarding policies
• Help with administrative tasks and data entry
• Maintain information systems, prepare appropriate documentation, and process necessary paperwork
• Focus on continuous improvement through shared knowledge and lessons learned

You will provide support for and management of customer inquiries through an HR ticketing system, multiple channels (phone, webchat, email, or other). The type of support needed may include questions on HR procedures. These questions may also cover employment benefits, salary, and pay-slip questions. Additionally, you may need to support onboarding, paid time off, including vacation, holiday, and leave of absence, and conditions. Lastly, you will need to answer many other HR questions.

You will report to the Global HR Operations Lead and be located at Kraków office. You will work in hybrid mode with 2 days at the office.

• Knowledge of SAP HR, SuccessFactors, Service Now or other HR systems
• Availability to follow a fixed shift schedule - 2nd shift (3:00 PM – 11:00 PM). Please note that this is not a rotating shift role—we will assign you to one of the two shifts.

We are committed to transparency and equity in all of our people practices. The gross base salary range for this position, which is dependent upon experience, qualifications and skills, is estimated to be 5,166 to 6,450 PLN gross per month.In addition to the base pay, this role may be eligible for incentive pay based on company and individual performance.
