Job summary

Ideal candidates have a Finance/Accounting degree, payroll experience, strong Excel skills, and English fluency; SAP knowledge is a plus; ability to work independently in an international, matrix environment.

Main Responsibilities

• Prepare and/or update the various changes for the employee pay affecting payroll (bank details update, bonuses, absences, etc) for EMEA on a monthly basis according to company policy and proper approval level
• Prepare the monthly payroll for approval
• Respond to employees and business queries
• Prepare and submit tax and third party payments
• Participate to basic testings for Payroll regulatory changes.

Candidate Profile

• Administration/Accounting/Finance/Business degree.
• Experience in Payroll
• Detail oriented
• Fluent in English
• Advanced competency with Excel and Microsoft Office
• SAP experience preferred
• Demonstrate ability to work independently
• Demonstrate problem solving skills
• Proven analytical and organizational skills

Compensation: starting from PLN 77850 PLN gross per year STARTING SALARY

Final salary will be determined as part of any final offer and will consider factors such as skills, education, role-specific experience, and internal equity among current employees.
