Job summary

Strada Poland Sp Zoo is seeking a payroll accounting professional to provide solid payroll accounting and funding analytical expertise for Strada clients. You will interact with auditors, support governance, and lead initiatives to resolve high-risk escalations with financial and legal implications.

Role requires strong payroll/GL reconciliation skills, experience with Workday, and a proactive approach to process improvements. Join a global team delivering payroll solutions across industries.

Qualifications

• Payroll and financial reporting experience preferred.
• Accounting experience required with 1–3 years using Workday or similar systems.
• Ability to multitask and manage workload for productivity.
• Focus on SLA attainment and task prioritization.
• Ability to make timely, complex recommendations using accounting theory.
• Effective communication with internal teams and clients.
• Identify problems and address root causes with internal resources.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Proficient in MS Office, Excel, and related systems.
• Ability to identify and mitigate risks.

Responsibilities

• Reconcile general ledger accounts with payroll activity.
• Prepare bank reconciliations from payroll data.
• Review Payroll to GL interface reports and reclassifications.
• Support managers with client engagement and timely information.
• Provide daily functional support for General Ledger documents.
• Perform financial audits and balance payroll postings.
• Resolve audit requests with accurate responses.
• Communicate with payroll teams to resolve escalation issues.
• Work on automation and process improvements.
• Maintain DWIs and process documentation.
