Job summary

Evotym, a growing fintech-driven iGaming payments platform, seeks a Head of Payments to lead and scale payment operations across multiple markets. You will drive cross-functional alignment, identify gaps, and own the broader payments function from operations to performance improvements.

The role emphasizes strategic yet hands-on leadership, shaping PSP partnerships, optimizing costs, and expanding payment capabilities to support growth across regulated markets.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in iGaming payments
• 3+ years in payments leadership
• Proven track record of leading teams and shaping processes
• Experience working across regulatory markets
• Ownership of wider payments function including operations and performance
• Strong communication across multilingual teams (Russian/Ukrainian/English)

Responsibilities

• Build processes and workflows across teams, identify gaps and drive improvements
• Strengthen cross-functional collaboration to align payment priorities
• Develop payment infrastructure and PSP approach across markets
• Improve approval rates and payment metrics through monitoring and problem solving
• Optimize payment costs while balancing performance and market coverage
• Set priorities with team leads and remove operational roadblocks
• Partner with Product to shape payment capabilities and market expansion
