Job summary

Randstad Polska Sp. z o.o. is seeking a Purchase-To-Pay Expert who will oversee P2P processes, work with cross-functional teams, and act as a subject matter expert in a global transition context.

You will supervise third-party P2P activities and ensure compliance with policies. The role focuses on process improvement, training, and KPI reporting, with a highly remote hybrid setup and an employment contract.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of experience in PTP, incl. vendor master data, payments, and invoicing.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting preferred.
• Fluent in Polish and English (C1).
• Proficient in MS Office; SAP knowledge; Basware and Console a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day PTP activities of third-party/SSC teams to ensure compliance with processes.
• Monitor requisitions, purchase orders, invoices, and payments for accuracy.
• Perform audits and quality checks to address process gaps and non-compliance.
• Provide guidance and training to PTP teams and resolve complex issues.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify process optimization and automation.
