Job summary

Mondi Group in Poland is seeking a Process Engineer to improve packaging operations and drive efficiency. You will work on engineering tasks, define development projects, and collaborate with managers to align engineering with production goals.

You will manage improvement initiatives from concept to completion, deliver measurable business impact, and contribute to safety and quality standards. Polish and English fluency is required.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar position; packaging industry is a plus
• Technical education completed within the last 2 years
• Proficient in MS Office
• Fluent in English and Polish for communication

Responsibilities

• Carrying out engineering and process-related tasks per procedures, quality, and safety standards
• Drive process optimization and efficiency initiatives across the operation
• Define, plan, and implement process development and optimization projects
• Collaborate with department managers and cross-functional teams to align engineering with production goals
• Independently manage improvement and innovation projects from concept to completion with measurable impact
• Prepare detailed reports, process documentation, and summaries for internal stakeholders and management
