Job summary

Sealed Air in Poland seeks a Process Engineer to drive continuous improvement initiatives, optimize LDPE foam extrusion processes, and support production performance. You will work cross-functionally to solve technical challenges, improve product quality, and implement new materials and technologies.

Responsibilities include leading process improvements, analyzing production KPIs, troubleshooting issues, coordinating trials for new materials, and documenting processes.

Qualifications

• Experience in plastic processing or extrusion manufacturing is an advantage.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to resolve production issues.
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement tools is an advantage.
• Communicative level of English (spoken and written).

Responsibilities

• Optimize manufacturing processes and lead Continuous Improvement projects.
• Analyze production KPIs and identify opportunities for process improvement.
• Troubleshoot manufacturing and process-related issues and support corrective actions.
• Plan, coordinate, and oversee production trials for new raw materials, products, and manufacturing processes.
• Create, maintain, and update process documentation.
• Train employees on process changes, work standards, and best practices.
