AstraZeneca is seeking a P2P Problem Solver Specialist for a 12-month secondment in Warsaw. This role provides global support across multiple regions, leading projects and collaborating with stakeholders to resolve complex AP/P2P issues.

You will drive improvements, educate users, and ensure timely resolution of actions. The role requires 3+ years in Accounts Payable/P2P, experience with Coupa/SAP/Ariba, and strong skills in Excel, Power BI, and Power Automate.

Qualificações

• Minimum 3 years of Accounts Payable / P2P experience with strong process knowledge.
• Experience with P2P platforms such as Coupa, SAP, Ariba, or similar systems.
• Strong understanding of PR/PO, Goods Receipt, and 3-way match processes.
• Fluent English (spoken and written); additional languages are an asset.

Responsabilidades

• Provide global support across regions including China, APAC, EMEA, LATAM, and US.
• Lead projects and interact with global stakeholders.
• Facilitate and lead group meetings, presentations, and discussions to drive issues and projects.
• 2nd line P2P issue resolution and identifying roadblocks to eliminate them in the future.
• Coordinate with teams for permanent resolution and guide users to training.
