Job summary

Arche Consulting Sp. z o.o. is seeking a Procure to Pay Accountant in Poland to ensure compliant and timely invoice processing, vendor reconciliations, and support for supplier queries.

You will work with a German hub and coordinate with Procurement and Finance on continuous improvement projects. Qualifications

• 1–3 years of professional experience in Accounting.
• Experience in Procure-to-Pay (P2P) or Accounts Payable preferred.
• Familiarity with SAP or other ERP systems is advantageous.
• Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related discipline preferred.

Responsibilities

• Act as the main contact for audits and ensure compliance.
• Record transactions in the ERP system and related add-on applications.
• Process invoices, credit notes, and debit notes with accuracy.
• Investigate price and quantity discrepancies and coordinate resolutions.
• Prepare and execute weekly payment runs.
• Carry out month-end closing activities and ICS checks.
• Maintain accurate vendor master data and documentation.
• Collaborate with Procurement and Finance to resolve issues.
