We are looking for P&O Data Operations Specialist, an individual contributor with specialized expertise in HR Areas such as: human capital management, time management, employee document management, employee & organizational data checks, reporting, total rewards processes. Some services will be delivered for the German-speaking markets, mostly in writing (chat & e-mail).

Reporting to: Digital P&O Leader: P&O Data Operations

Your main tasks

• HR Services: provide admin support in assigned HR Processes, resolve defined and non-routine queries (Tier 0 and 1), identify compliance and quality issues,
• Continuous Improvement: initiate and drive continuous improvement concerning processes, systems, internal ways of working leading to team efficiency gain and enhanced user experience
• Knowledge Base: create & maintain Knowledge and Learning base
• Projects: support scope expansion and service addition initiatives

Requirements

• HR Systems and Processes: Advanced use, execute, perform trouble shooting & testing, improve
• Analytical thinking and data orientation: process medium sets of data, analyze data from different sources, identify trends or inconsistencies, identify root causes, create basic dashboards or reports that help monitor key indicators and support practical improvements within their area of responsibility
• AI Use and Digital Proficiency: use AI to perform daily work and to implement improvements, display solid understanding of AI Agents, identify and participate in automation initiatives, very good use of data-enabling tools (e.g. excel, power Bi, ServiceNow dashboards, worksheets, etc.)

Soft and Organizational Skills

• Communication: communicate effectively and confidently, communication requires explaining facts, policies, and practices related to the job area
• Teamwork and collaboration: onboard new team members, participate in cross-functional and project teamwork with medium manager's supervision
• Change management: understand Change management Concepts
• Problem solving and perseverance: Resolve defined and non-routine problems, consult with more senior team members only after first independent analysis
• Time management and prioritization: Very good time management & Prioritization skills, Solid Planning skills,
• Autonomy & Self-accountability: entirely accountable for assigned tasks, manager's supervision is general, not task-related; proactively share insights
• Stakeholder management: HR Business Partners, Recruiters and hiring managers, Candidates and employees, P&O Representatives (GBS & Local Team Members), P&O Leads
